Following approval by the ASME B5 Committee and ASME, and after public review, ASME B5.60b-2009 was approved by the American National Standards Institute on February 2, 2009. Addenda to the 2002 edition of ASME B5.60 are issued in the form of replacement pages. Revisions, additions, and deletions are incorporated directly into the affected pages. It is advisable, however, that this page, the Addenda title and copyright pages, and all replaced pages be retained for reference.
